Now, using a GPRS powered PDA (with Operating Systems, Microsoft Pocket PC, Microsoft Smart Phone or Palm) you can trade regardless of where you are, you can even trade while you are on the move. Every brokers offers its own proprietary desktop based trading software, called Trading Platform, where you can login to your accounts and execute/manage trades.
Several brokers also offer mobile trading platforms, which can be installed in PDA (Personal Digital Assistant) and can connect to your brokers trading server, using GPRS Internet connection of you mobile phone service provider (like Warid, Ufone, Mobilink, Zong, etc.). When you connect your PDA (which are now easily available in Pakistan) to your service provider's GRPS internet service and load your Mobile Trading Platform, you automatically login to your trading account.

MetaTrader desktop and mobile trading platform is used by many US, UK and Swiss brokers as their trading platforms. MetaTrader Mobile Trading Platform and brokers proprietary mobile trading platforms can be used on different families of PDAs, those using Operating Systems Microsoft Pocket PC, Microsoft Smart Phone and Palm.
